Refund policy

All sales are final. Every item is printed to order, so we can't accept returns or exchanges for size, fit or change of mind. Please check the size chart on the product page before you order.

If your order arrives misprinted, defective or damaged, email shop@weblandscapes.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem. We'll send a free replacement, or refund the item if a replacement isn't possible.

Production starts soon after you order, so we can't change or cancel an order once it's placed.

If your package is lost in transit, email us and we'll work it out with the carrier.
